This morning, on the BBC Sport football page, the regular "play football like a pro" feature is dedicated to Tim Howard. A year ago, Howard had just finished his season with the MetroStars, one of only two teams in MLS not to make the playoffs. Today, he has played every minute in major competitions for Manchester United, and United has the lowest goals against total this season in both the English Premier League and the UEFA Champions League. Through those twenty-one matches, Howard has a goals against average of 0.524. This is an accomplishment worth noting.
